I have personally chosen three songs that I liked and thought could be an option of our music video. It will also depend what groups we get put it to what personalities people have and if they like the song.
1. Beautiful Disaster by Kelly Clarkson
I have chosen this song as one of my three choices that we could use as a music video as it is very emotional and it is about love which would draw peoples attention in and make them want to watch it. The thing that I am not sure about this video is that it might be too slow and the love theme might get cringy because everyone uses this theme.
2. Who's Loving You by The Jackson 5
I have always loved this song and I know how much emotion is put into it so I thought this would be a fun challenge to do. The problem is I will not have a group of 5 boys so this would be another challenge in itself because we would have to rely on other people which we would not want to do. Also the music video you chose for this song would need to be done in a clever way to make it unique.
3. Lily Allen- Somewhere only we know
This is a meaningful song that could be used for quite a lot of genres, I like the slow songs as I think a music video will display emotions like these well and therefore they would be good to do. I know it would be a challenge but I think every song needs to have a slow bit to make the audience relate to the video even more.
