Progression of digipak

Lara and I decided to improve our digipak front cover by adding the glittery background into the letters from the back of the CD cover into the front CD cover.We decided to do this so that both of them together looks more like a CD cover.

What we did to change it was we added the glittery background inside the words 'In Time'. To do this we drew round all the letters in photoshop and then we layered the background over the top and then positioned them so they were over the top of the normal letters.

This is our first draft for our digipak, we have got feedback from the class so we are going to change things and update it so therefore we can improve it. At the moment the digipak does not look like a real CD so we are going to make some updates.

We made a special thanks page to dedicate the CD to friends and family.

We found the problem with this design is that the background colour does not go with the rest of the digipak so we decided to personalise it even more and add some of the glitter.













This is another idea of the photo we had for the inside of our album but we decided that we didn't like it in the end because also the background colour of the image doesnt match the rest of the CD.
