What I noticed about the number ones in the UK was that almost all the artists are young and fresh and recent. I then compared this to our artist Grace Starr and we all agreed that she would fit perfectly into this category as she is fashionable, stylish and is a good singer that produces fresh songs. Her audience would be similar to Ella Henderson's, teenage girls and young women but she would also attract the boys by her singing, her look and attractive figure. This would also benefit our star into getting more fans too.
Looking at the variety of songs on this list shows that if our artist on her second album decided to change the beat of the music and went for a different style she would still fit in because the variety on the top 40 is immense.
