Dear Polydor Records,
I am writing to you to ask
for your permission to use the song ‘You My Everything’ By Ellie Goulding for
my A2 coursework as we are making a music video and we think Ellie’s song would
be perfect for our exam.
The examiner will only see
the video, and it will consist my group of three making the video and having
the song over the top.
We thought we’d better check
that we were defiantly allowed to use it before we go ahead with it and it
becomes too late. This video will go towards our overall grade for A2 in media
and we thought it was appropriate that we will not be breaking any of the
copyright laws or affect the artist or their image in anyway when uploading
this video on the Internet.
